The privacy notice is based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), which enacts on EU citizens' right to data privacy, and about confidential processing of personal data.

NAME OF REGISTER
Customer and marketing register
PURPOSE OF USE OF PERSONAL DATA
The registers accumulated are used to verify customers' events, develop customer service, market products / services and manage the customer relations of the controller, related to the service in question.
When sending newsletters by email, the cloud service collects data for the system from the links the customer clicks. This enables us to provide a more personal customer experience and personalised offers for you.
Personal data is only processed to the extent it is necessary for the purpose of the use of the registers.
DATA CONTENT OF THE REGISTER
The registers contain data on lead generation, marketing and contract customers.
Such data can be:
· Name
· Address
· City/municipality and postal code
· Phone number
· Email address
· Company
· Business ID of a company
· Clicked links
· Duration spent on a page
· Payment information
· Appliance's service data
REGULAR SOURCES OF INFORMATION
The registers contain contact information obtained from contract customers. A customer's contact information is always updated upon a notification from the customer, or the customer can update the contact information himself or herself through the online store. This way, the register will remain correct.
REGULAR DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION
As a rule, information is not disclosed to third parties. However, information may be disclosed, e.g., to authorities, for collection or other similar purposes. We convey the personal data related to warranty service to the principals upon request.
When the customer pays by Svea Payments, he or she supplies the Svea Payments service with the information himself or herself. If you use the Chat service on the company site, the information is forwarded to our partner, who manages the Chat service on our behalf.
DISCLOSURE OF REGULAR INFORMATION AND DATA TRANSFER OUTSIDE THE EU OR EUROPEAN ECONOMIC AREA
As a rule, data is not transferred or disclosed outside the EU or European Economic Area, unless it is required for the technical implementation of data processing. In such case, the provisions of personal data legislation are complied with.
DATA RETENTION PERIOD
Personal data is stored only for the period required for the purpose of the processing, or as long as the law requires the controller to store it.
PRINCIPLES OF REGISTER PROTECTION
The information systems of the controller are supplied by a service provider or cloud services. The records are protected with customary technical protection procedures used in business operations. The use of the register is confidential, and access is restricted to persons with a personal user ID and password, who are emplayed by the controller and whose position and tasks require access. The controller's personnel must observe professional secrecy.
RIGHT TO ACCESS
All data subjects have the right to access their own data in the register. A written and signed or otherwise reliably verified access request must be delivered to the above-mentioned party managing the personal register. Prior to releasing data, the identity is verified from a picture ID or some other reliable method.
RIGHT TO REQUEST THE RECTIFICATION OF DATA
Any data subject, who detects that there is faulty or inaccurate personal data in the register or that it has been processed in a manner contrary to the purpose of the use of the register or applicable legislation, has the right to request the rectification, prevention, restriction or removal of faulty data in the register. A change or removal can be done by the customer through the online store account management, or the request must be made in writing or by email to the above-mentioned party managing the personal register. The request to access the data is free of charge when issued no more than once a year. Furthermore, it is possible to procure our products without registering in our customer register by visiting our shop.
A data subject who detects that his or her rights based on the EU General Data Protection Regulation have been infringed upon has the right to make a complaint to the supervisory authority.
