If a part of your device is broken, missing from the package, or you cannot find the spare part on our website, send the device details and your contact information to info@aide.fi. At Aide, we do not service microwaves, blood pressure monitors, thermometers, or car electronics. For these products, please contact the retailer.

How will you deliver the product for repair?

If the fault in the product sent for service is not covered under warranty, we will provide a repair cost estimate before proceeding. After the inspection, you can decide whether to have the device repaired. If you choose not to proceed, an inspection fee of €14.90 will be charged. (Espresso machine inspection fee €39 + delivery costs). Please note that for non-warranty repairs, delivery charges will apply both ways (private customers €7.90 / direction, business customers €17 / direction).
