If you need to order spare parts, it?s important to note that some products are compatible only with devices manufactured during specific time periods. To assist you best, we recommend checking the manufacturing date of your appliance from the type plate before ordering any parts.

• Type Plate for Range Hoods: You?ll typically find this on the inner frame of the hood, just below the grease filter.
• Type Plate for Stoves: In stoves, the type plate is often located on the back panel of the appliance.

For older devices, there might be a legacy-style serial number, which we can verify if needed. If you require assistance in determining the age and type of your appliance, please feel free to send us a picture of the type plate via email to mda@aide.fi.

As an example, the serial number for a new model could look like this: IH21D000xxxx. Here?s how to read the serial number:

• IH: Ventilation (product category)
• 21: Year of manufacture
• D: Month of manufacture (A=January, B=February, C=March, D=April?)
• The last digits represent the production or sequence number.
