What we service
AIDE Home Appliance Service represents several brands
AIDE is an authorized service and repair provider for several brands. Service procedures vary depending on the brand. Some brands are serviced at our Helsinki location, while others are handled by authorized service partners at the customer’s location. Authorized service companies handle maintenance of larger appliances that cannot be mailed or brought in. This applies to both warranty and out-of-warranty repairs.There are differences in the procedures for warranty service requests—whether you should first contact the brand directly or fill out the service request form on our website.
What devices do we service?
Small domestic appliances
We service devices from the brands listed below at our own location in Helsinki (both under warranty and out-of-warranty repairs):
- Ariete
- Bamix
- Blendtec
- Braun
- DeLonghi (excl. larger appliances like stoves and refridgeratorst)
- Dolce Gusto (only Dolce Gusto machines for home use and under the DeLonghi brand)
- Evermat (out-of-warranty repairs)
- Kenwood (only devices under the DeLonghi brand)
- Magic Bullet
- Nespresso (only devices under the DeLonghi brand, can be recognized from the serial number sticker)
- NutriBullet
- Oral-B
- Stadler Form
- Vitamix (only Ascent-, Pro 750-, Explorian- and TNC-models meant for home use)
Aide does not offer full maintenance or repair services for Big Green Egg grills. However, we provide both warranty spare part deliveries and out-of-warranty spare parts for Big Green Egg products. For warranty spare parts, please contact us at info@aide.fi. Out-of-warranty spare parts can be directly ordered from our webshop.
We don't service Wilfa devices. For warranty-related questions please contact the reseller or Wilfa directly. In our selection you’ll find a wide range of original Wilfa spare parts for various devices.
Major domestic appliances
We are the official warranty service provider for the brands listed beneath. For warranty maintenance or repairs, the customer should first contact the brand's customer service. We have collected the contact information below listed by brand.
For out-of-warranty service of MDA appliances we have service partners located throughout Finland that can be found on this page. Find your nearest authorized service company, and contact them directly.
Spare parts and accessories
Our spare parts selection includes nearly 20,000 products, so not all parts are immediately available in our warehouse or online store. However, we can order spare parts from several brands that are not listed online or in stock. In addition, some spare parts and accessories are available in our warehouse, even if they’re not listed in the online store. Our spare parts range also includes parts, accessories, and add-ons for older models. You can check the availability of your spare part by contacting our customer service! To submit a spare part inquiry, please follow these steps:
- Tell us which part(s) you need. Describe the part as accurately as possible.
- Include a photo or information from the appliance’s nameplate and serial number.
- Send your inquiry to: info@aide.fi
- For major appliances such as washing machines, dryers, or range hoods, send your inquiry to: mda@aide.fi
